Innovative Concrete Solutions Ltd was established in March 2022, with precast construction operations beginning in July 2022. Directors Phil Brook and James Green are actively involved in the day-to-day management of the company, each contributing their unique expertise to ensure the efficient production and on-time delivery of high-quality products for your project.​

Phil Brook


Phil began his carpentry apprenticeship with C Lund & Son Ltd (CLS) in 1993, before transitioning into precast construction with CLS in the late 1990s. As the demand for precast grew, Phil moved into management within the CLS Precast and GRC division.


With over 30 years of industry experience, including more than 20 years specializing in precast and GRC, Phil has seen it all when it comes to manufacturing these elements. He leads his team through every stage of construction, ensuring your vision becomes a reality.

James Green


James earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree from Surrey University in 2006. After a brief period working as a site engineer in the North Island, he moved south to join the team at C Lund & Son Ltd (CLS), where he gained extensive experience in precast and GRC construction.


During his time at CLS, James became highly skilled in all aspects of the precast and GRC processes, from concept and tendering to production, transportation, and on-site erection. With nearly 20 years of industry experience, including over 10 years specialising in precast and GRC, James has the expertise to ensure your project is completed on time and within budget.
